ADHD COACHING FOR EXTRAORDINARY WOMEN
Adult ADHD Coaching for Women
Our ADHD coaching for women provides personalized support to strengthen executive function skills, build confidence, and create a life and career that feel aligned, meaningful, and authentically yours.
PERSONALIZED COACHING
One-on-one ADHD coaching is a gift to your future self
Our adult ADHD coaching is designed to help women build meaningful momentum toward the goals that matter most. Whether you're navigating a career transition, struggling with overwhelm, managing competing priorities, or looking for greater satisfaction in daily life, coaching provides personalized support and accountability every step of the way.
As certified ADHD and executive function coaches, we help professional women strengthen organization, time management, decision-making, and follow-through while creating systems that work with their brains—not against them.
What happens in conversation with a skilled coach can be transformational. While you may come to coaching with a specific challenge or project, the process often becomes a safe space to explore the bigger questions, too. Over time, your coaching sessions become a workshop for navigating work, relationships, life transitions, and the unique opportunities and challenges that come with ADHD.
Our goal is to help you feel connected to what matters most—and create a life that reflects your values, strengths, and vision for the future.
OUR PROCESS
HOW ADULT ADHD COACHING WORKS
STEP 1
SCHEDULE A GOOD FIT MEETING
In this complimentary first meeting, all you have to do is show up and be your real self. We'll decide together if it's a good fit. I’ll answer your burning questions first, and describe how a coaching session works. I'll listen to what's going on and what you're looking for from a coach. I promise to offer you valuable insight, regardless of whether you are a good fit for Adventura's coaching programs.
STEP 2
COMMIT TO A QUARTER
One-on-one coaching at Adventura includes weekly sessions for 3 months at a time, 3 times a month, as well as full portfolio of multimodal supports so we can really dig in and make change.
We Zoom, we talk-and-walk, and we text and email throughout the week to check in and adjust. You’ll build skills to regulate self-talk, tame overwhelm, and sustain progress on realistic goals.
STEP 3
DO THE WORK
Discover your strengths and limitations, minimize overwhelm and burnout, set better expectations, manage self-talk, and translate goals and priorities into concrete action. Before you leave each week, we’ll design ADHD-friendly strategies to stay on track for the things you want. Over time, your coaching hour will become a workshop for your biggest challenges in your work, and the rest of your life, too.
GREAT ADHD COACHING LOOKS LIKE THIS
-
In coaching we look for gaps between where you are today and where you want to be. On our own, sometimes it can be difficult to pick out what is most important—especially for students and solo business owners, and especially for ADD’ers. In addition to mapping out specific priorities, we’ll uncover your signature strengths and the core values that motivate you—two things that most of us need help to keep in view.
As your coach, I will lead you to design your own goals that take you straight for your dreams, and walk alongside you every step of the way.
-
Your core values are a framework for aligning your daily habits with what matters most to you on a bigger scale. As you identify your real priorities, we will brainstorm about what you need in order to succeed and create strong, clear and concise goals that will pull you forward—on a daily, weekly, quarterly, and longer-term scale.
-
As a professional coach with specialized training in ADHD coaching, I offer all my clients a unique lens for recognizing and managing your struggles with planning, time-management, emotional regulation, self-awareness, overwhelm and other challenges that are typical for ADD’ers. When it is appropriate, I will present ADHD-friendly tools to make your progress effortless and joyful–not to add to your plate.
Whether or not you think you or someone close to you may have ADHD traits, these powerful strategies for success will help you thrive while balancing the expectations of others against the need for flexibility, joy, and passion in your work.
-
I will challenge you to stretch beyond what you would ask of yourself, refocus you when you are lost in overwhelm, hold you accountable, and strategize about your challenges and obstacles. We will regularly examine what is working, and what isn’t working for you. Along the way, I’ll offer tools and resources to get you “un-stuck.”
-
In the beginning, we’ll work together to see how you can use me as a powerful instrument for moving forward and having what you want in life.
When we meet, I’ll listen carefully while you think aloud. I’ll ask powerful questions to reveal assumptions and limiting beliefs, prompt different perspectives, and help you “clear the decks” of stale work, energy, and obligations. I’ll offer honest feedback, and reflect your challenges, successes, and opportunities. Together we’ll find what is important to you, and define the extraordinary life you dream about.
Since coaching is all about YOU, I will always give you the space to be the expert on you. Before offering answers to your questions or making suggestions about what will work for you, I’ll encourage you to find solutions and answers from your own experience as often as possible.
-
I meet with some clients every other week, others more often. The most effective arrangement is a consistent pattern. We meet over Zoom, we talk-and-walk, and we text and email.
Before each meeting, I’ll send three questions about what’s happening in your week, tailored to you and what you are working on in our coaching, so we can come together in sync about your needs.
-
A great coaching session is a structured conversation in which I’ll first help you to identify a question, problem or change you’d like to see, and then together we’ll examine different ways to understand what is required. You’ll discover your strengths and limitations, minimize overwhelm and burnout, set better expectations and manage self-talk, and translate goals and priorities into concrete action. Before you go, we’ll design strategies for you to use to stay on track for the things you want.
-
In addition to our regularly scheduled coaching hours, I’ll always be happy to get a text from you, and available to think through something that comes up during the week. If you ask, sometimes a text message from me can provide a little accountability during the week. From time to time, I share articles or resources by email if it seems appropriate.
You can count on your coach to have no agenda other than your success and happiness and to empower you to get there.
