Coaching for an Extraordinary Life

Erika Gillette has been coaching adults and students through major transitions and personal change since 2004. In 2016, she left university teaching to launch her own coaching practice dedicated to helping people create lives that align with their strengths, values, and goals. More than 2,500 coaching hours later, Erika is a certified ADHD coach and credentialed professional coach with specialized training in partnership, time management, executive functioning, and personal leadership.

As a certified ADHD coach, Erika helps adults develop practical strategies for navigating the challenges of ADHD while building on the unique strengths that often come with a neurodiverse brain. Her ADHD coaching approach combines structure, accountability, and compassion, offering clients a toolbox full of ways to thrive while balancing the expectations of others with the need for flexibility, passion, and variety in life.

Erika has visited 21 countries and 3 continents; climbed above 15,000 feet; run two half marathons; moved her home 29 times (that's a lot of U-Hauls); and piloted her own sailboat, scooter, motorcycle, horse, mule, golf cart, single-engine airplane, glider, tractor, and skateboard. Not all of those adventures were fun, and most of them changed her life somehow—which is how she can, with a straight face, tell you the truth:

Change is coming. Be brave anyway.

Leadership Insights

and a Certified Neurodiversity Lens

In 2020, Erika expanded her coaching practice to include advanced training in neurodiversity, executive function coaching, and time management. Today, she combines nearly two decades of coaching experience with specialized expertise in helping adults better understand how their brains work and build systems that support long-term success.

As a certified ADHD coach, Erika's practice focuses on high-achieving adults, particularly professional women in leadership roles. Many of her clients are neurodivergent, including women with ADHD who are balancing demanding careers, relationships, and personal goals. She also works with professionals in complex organizations, such as higher education, where understanding, managing, and supporting diverse ways of thinking is essential.

Whether you have ADHD or not, challenges with planning, time management, emotional regulation, self-awareness, decision-making, and overwhelm can affect anyone. Erika's executive function coaching helps clients develop practical skills, sustainable systems, and greater confidence so they can thrive while balancing the expectations of others with their own need for flexibility, purpose, joy, and meaningful work.

Erika is an ICF-credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a Professional Certified ADHD Coach (PCAC), and an Advanced Certified Coach Graduate (ACCG) of the ADHD Coach Academy, the first coach training program accredited by both the Professional Association of ADHD Coaches (PAAC) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF). As a certified ADHD coach, she brings specialized expertise in adult ADHD coaching, executive functioning, and neurodiversity-informed coaching to every client relationship.

COACH AND AUTHOR

Erika is also the author of Just Keep Going: An Analog System for Managing Change, an ADHD goal-setting workbook that helps people navigate transitions, clarify priorities, and keep moving toward an extraordinary life. Learn more here.

We take our training seriously and you should too.

A skilled, certified ADHD coach has spent hundreds of hours learning from senior coaches and maybe thousands of hours coaching other neurodiverse people like you. That could make the difference between getting more of the same bad advice from a regular "life coach" that won't work for you and finally feeling seen and understood. We get you.

Ask us anything you want about these little badges. We're proud of them.
